   Normally for FAT32 file system will only contain maximum 65,534.of files or folders within a folder. But If you use long file names (over 8 characters for the file name and 3 for the extension) that number can be reduced significantly, I've quite often seen FAT32 folders conk out at 20 to 25 thousand files.
